Military Advanced Marksmanship

About This Course

This intensive five-day course will provide members of a unit with expert training in basic and advanced marksmanship skills, fire and movement, military operations on urban terrain, entry breaching and close-quarters battle. Upon completion of the training, students shall be capable of acquiring, drawing, shooting, transitioning and eliminating multiple moving targets while on the move. Each student should fire 3,500 rounds of 9mm, 1,500 rounds of 5.56mm, 300 rounds of 5.56mm frangible and 200 rounds of Simunition®.

Simunition® is the most realistic training system allowing personnel to train with non-lethal ammunition using the same type of firearms for real-life training. Immediate feedback enables experience with force-on-force and man-to-man live-fire scenario training without the associated danger.
