Jason DeYonker is the Founder and Managing Partner of Forté Capital Advisors (private equity operation) and Forté Management (financial business management). For over 20 years he has advised on various mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate transaction value greater than $1 billion. Jason's experience include: operational finance management, transaction advisory, asset management, estate and retirement planning, venture capital and private placements. At Forté Management, Jason has catered to the entertainment and fashion industries, advising clients on all financial business matters. Prior to Forté, Jason started his career in business management co-managing a large family office that had multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.
Since forming Forté Capital over a decade ago, Jason has led a multitude of investments in private companies. Most recently, he led the buyout of Xe Services a private security firm now called ACADEMI. In each investment, Forté Capital takes a very active and often controlling position. Unlike most private equity operations, Forté Capital limits its active investments to a few select companies enabling the team to focus and concentrate resources to its active investments.
Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan. Jason currently serves as a Director on the following Boards: ACADEMI Holdings, LLC; The Wall Group, Inc.; Novitas Global Solutions and Serge Normant Professional.
