About This Course

ACADEMI has provided protection services in high and low threat environments for over 10 years all over the world. This enables ACADEMI to provide a comprehensive and relevant training package that is backed by years of real world experience in conducting all levels of personal protective service. This course will cover the full range of the basic principles of executive protection, focused on protecting the principle from harm. Students will work as members of a team, conducting practical training in each role to ensure full comprehension of every aspect of protective service. This is a full immersion course where training days will last beyond eight hours, with planning and briefing preparation extending into the late evening hours. ACADEMI is a certified Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Training Center (License 88-1815). Our Executive Protection course fulfills the training requirements under DCJS to obtain your registration as a Personal Protection Specialist.
